This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected when you use our mobile application (“App”). This policy applies only to the mobile application published on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Workai Mobile is a companion application to the Workai employee experience platform. The App is made available to employees of organizations that have deployed the Workai platform under a separate agreement.
The organization deploying Workai acts as the data controller, determining the purposes and means of processing employee data. Elastic Cloud Solutions sp. z o.o. acts as a data processor, processing data solely on behalf of and under the instructions of the deploying organization.
Access to the App is managed by the deploying organization and may be subject to organizational identity systems, access policies, or mobile device management (MDM) solutions.

The App collects only the data necessary to function correctly. The App does not collect sensitive personal data such as precise location, biometric data, health data, or personal communications.
Purpose
Purpose
The App may collect and process location data only when the Access Management feature is enabled by the deploying organization. Location data is used exclusively to enable secure access to company-managed locations such as offices, desks, parking areas, or meeting rooms, including integrations with physical access control systems (e.g. HID). Location data is not used for tracking users, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties for their own purposes. If the Access Management feature is disabled, the App does not collect or process location data. Background location is used only to support access management workflows when required by the organization, e.g. during access validation to company facilities.
The App does not share personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be processed by trusted infrastructure providers acting solely as data processors to ensure secure operation of the App.
Analytics data is used only to understand app performance and usage patterns
and is not used for advertising or tracking across apps. Analytics data is aggregated and used exclusively to improve application stability, performance, and reliability.

Requests for deletion of personal data are handled by the organization that provides access to the App (the employer), acting as the data controller. Elastic Cloud Solutions sp. z o.o. processes deletion requests exclusively on behalf of and according to the instructions of the deploying organization. Employees can initiate a deletion request by contacting their employer or designated administrator.
