PKO Bank Polski has been successfully implementing the digital transformation strategy for several years. It includes both customer services and internal processes. The transformation is supported by innovative solutions created in cooperation with the technological startup environment, strong development of mobile channels, advanced data analytics, as well as a change in the organizational culture and working methods. One of the transformation parts is the development of a friendly work environment, also in the area of a digital workplace. The implementation of workai – Digital Employee Experience platform – will support internal communication while developing bank employees’ digital experience.
The main goal of workai platform implementation is to ensure an effective information flow within the organization and between employees. With the new cloud-based solution, the bank employees will have easy and quick access to the information – also in the mobile version. First Polish bank in the Azure cloud
Implementing the workai platform is one of the first Polish projects in the financial institution that uses Microsoft Azure cloud. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, PKO Bank Polski, in cooperation with Microsoft and Accenture, realized the comprehensive implementation of Microsoft Teams, which changed the organization’s basic mechanics model and improved team communication. The workai deployment, integrated with Microsoft Teams, responds even more effectively to remote and hybrid work challenges, combining cooperation with multi-channel internal communication.
