What’s new on our Intranet?

Distributed internal newsletter stats

In our latest update, we’ve introduced a section where admins can access all the newsletters sent through the Intranet. This enhancement allows admins to monitor internal newsletter engagement with greater efficiency. Now, they can effortlessly sort newsletters, filter by title, view creator information, and track the send dates.

It is now possible to conveniently review each internal newsletter’s status and open rate directly within the Admin panel, streamlining the communication analysis process.

New pop-up window type

A pop-up can be set up for the entire organization to accept the terms and conditions of use before accessing the Intranet. It’s an easy way to ensure everyone in the organization knows and agrees to the rules before getting started with the platform!

New notifications types

We’ve also added new notification types to boost engagement. Now, content authors will receive a notification whenever someone likes their entry. This feature not only provides instant feedback but also empowers publishers to tailor their future content effectively based on reader preferences.

But that’s not all – with comments moderation enabled, discussion participants will receive instant notifications upon the approval of their comments by moderators. This ensures comment authors are immediately notified and can actively participate in ongoing discussions, keeping the conversation dynamic!

Enhanced greetings

We’ve also upgraded greetings to make them more engaging and interactive. Adding links to the greeting on the main page enhances its functionality. This feature enables users to easily navigate to forms, surveys, important websites, or other resources, adding an extra layer of interactivity. The new greetings feature not only enhances accessibility but also helps users access important information faster!

Adding files to tasks

With our Q1 2024 update, we’ve introduced a new feature: the ability to add attachments directly to tasks. Whether it’s an important document, form, or image, you can effortlessly upload it to enhance task management. This enhancement simplifies the process of sharing crucial resources with employees, ensuring universal access to necessary materials for efficient task completion.!

Quick mention

Last but not least – the new @everyone tag. It allows for mentioning all community members in posts, enhancing communication within the community. This feature ensures that important announcements, updates, or discussions reach every member effectively.
