Meet workai at iComms conference online. It will be one of the kind opportunity to get to know the results of the global “State and Future of DEX” research. Workai is also the partner of the conference.
Together with PwC, workai has initiated a research project about the concept of digital employee experience and conducted a thorough research into the topic. The report (to be launched later this year) will be focused on Digital Employee Experience, covering such topics as i.e. relation between Customer Experience and Employee Experience, Digital Workplace strategy, tools and their integration etc.
It will be the first wholistic global report in the subject matter, as we believe the market doesn’t entirely understand the concept of digital employee experience and its business case. Before the world premier we will present the results of our survey at the event.
iComms event is the largest and most practical conference on internal communication in Poland about the new role and potential of internal communication during COVID-19.
The program also includes trends and inspirations in the area of internal communication (storytelling, podcasts, video), the changing role and tasks of communication in companies (approach, new competences) and practical cases presented by practitioners.
