To address these challenges, Dom Development implemented the Workai platform, starting with two key modules: Workai Intranet and Workai Knowledge. This solution improved internal communication and supported better business process management while enhancing the quality of delivered projects. During the initial phase of the intranet implementation, we conducted a comprehensive audit of all key internal areas within the Dom Development Group. This step was crucial to the entire process. Through collaborative workshops with representatives from various departments, we were able to identify all needs and challenges, which allowed us to select the appropriate Workai modules tailored to meet the specified business requirements.
Additionally, based on the audit and joint discussions, we developed a new, clear information architecture, ensuring easier and more intuitive access to key areas, data, and documents within the organization. Once this architecture was implemented on the Workai platform, we moved on to populating the system with content. The migration and uploading of content to Workai were exceptionally quick and efficient because the platform does not require editors to have specialized technical knowledge. The training sessions we conducted for different groups of editors, along with the User Manual we provided, proved to be reliable and sufficient for initiating content editing.

As a result, we worked with the client to populate the intranet’s sections with the final content within approximately one month. We were also actively involved in configuring the intranet’s home page, which ultimately became the central hub for all key updates, events, shortcuts, and links.
In the final phase of the project, we implemented personalization, making specific areas of the intranet accessible only to designated groups of employees. After completing these steps, the system underwent testing and content validation, and the official go-live of the platform took place on February 1, 2024.
Currently, we continue to provide the client with on-demand technical support, assisting in resolving ongoing issues and adapting the platform to the organization’s evolving needs.
