UI/UX Designer

Key responsibilities:

• Designing UI for Workai web and mobile applications,
• Optimizing existing applications and projects,
• Conducting UX consultations with Developers, Product Owners, QA, and Analysts,
• Creating and maintaining UI project documentation.

Apply if you have:

• Over 2 years of proven experience in commercial UI design for web and mobile projects,
• Knowledge of how to create beautiful and engaging interfaces that align with user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints,
• The ability to design based on documentation, benchmarks, and business analysis,
• Experience working with Design Systems (knowledge of Ant Design is a plus),
• Proficiency in prototyping tools – Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD,
• A good command of written and spoken English,
• Attention to detail.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with UX principles and best practices,
• Experience in designing B2B SaaS or Enterprise applications,
• Proficiency with animation tools.
