Second Line Support Consultant / Service Engineer

We are looking for a Second Line Support Consultant responsible for resolving technical issues and supporting our solutions for clients in Polish and international markets.

We are seeking a Second Line Support Consultant to provide technical support and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

      • Providing support and assistance to customers and end users, using various communication channels: JIRA ticket handling system, emails, videoconferences;
      • Analysis, diagnosis and processing of customer requests according to agreed processes;
      • Execution of tasks necessary for effective resolution of requests, including code changes, script analysis, integrations, solution configuration and architecture adjustments;
      • Cooperation with First and Third Line of support, as well as a team of Programmers and Architects to deliver optimal solutions;
      • Implementation and deployment of solutions to customer environments;
      • Delivery and deployment of periodic application updates to customer environments;
      • Taking part in designing, maintaining and optimizing CI/CD processes;
      • Preparation of documentation for implemented solutions;
      • Performing basic tests and verification of provided solutions.

Our requirements:

      • Knowledge of: .NET, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API 2, MS SQL / T-SQL, Entity Framework, REST, OData, Azure BICEP, ARM Template;
      • Knowledge of Azure services and at least a basic knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, Multitenant models;
      • Willingness to perform duties in the afternoon and evening hours;
      • Autonomy and commitment to execute entrusted tasks;
      • High communication skills and willingness to keep an open line of communications with customers and end users;
      • Knowledge of English and Polish in speech and writing.

Nice to have:

      • Knowledge of cloud design patterns;
      • Experience in building SaaS applications;
      • Knowledge of Azure best practices and practical experience in working with Azure cloud;
      • Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing scalable APIs;
      • Experience in working as a Service Engineer, Member of Service&Support, Programmer, Tester;
      • Knowledge and understanding of SDLC and Service Management;
      • Familiarity and experience in using tools like: JIRA, Azure DevOps, SQL, dotPeek, Fiddler, Postman, WinSCP, mRemoteNG.

SALARY:

B2B Contract: 12 800 – 16 000 PLN net
