Regular/Senior Service and Support Engineer

We are looking for a Regular/Senior Service and Support Engineer responsible for resolving technical issues and supporting our solutions for clients in Polish and international markets.

We are seeking a Regular/Senior Service and Support Engineer to provide technical support and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

      • Comprehensive implementation of requests from end users: analysis of requests, defining the problem by verifying integration, scripts, configuration and solution architecture, and, if necessary, implementing and delivering changes; 
      • Performing basic tests and verification of delivered solutions and introduced changes; 
      • Communication with clients via the JIRA System, email, Teams as part of submitted requests; 
      • Cooperation with teams within the company: Programmers, Testers, Architects and the Customer Success team in order to comprehensively implement customer requests;
      • Participation in the process of preparing and releasing application versions and implementation of the new versions of applications in customer environments; 
      • Practicing and co-creating CI, CD processes;
      • Preparing reports on the work performed and co-creating documentation in accordance with the adopted internal processes.

Our requirements:

      • Knowledge of: .NET, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API 2, MS SQL / T-SQL, Entity Framework, REST, OData, Azure BICEP, ARM Template; 
      • Knowledge of Azure services and basic knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, Multitenant models; 
      • Ability to think analytically, analyze facts and draw conclusions in order to propose optimal solutions; 
      • Readiness to perform duties in the afternoon and evening, according to current demand; 
      • Openness to contact with the client, with particular emphasis on understanding his needs; 
      • Knowledge of English and Polish, spoken and written. 

Nice to have:

      • Experience in building SaaS applications; working with the Azure cloud; work in a similar position: Service Department employee, Programmer, Tester; 
      • Knowledge of cloud design patterns; designing and implementing scalable APIs; SDLC and Service Management issues; 
      • Practice in using tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, SQL, dotPeek, Fiddler, Postman, WinSCP, mRemoteNG.

SALARY:

B2B Contract: 12 800 – 16 000 PLN net
