Product Owner (Intranet SaaS)

Our platform is used by hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide, so we care deeply about building products that are intuitive, valuable, and truly needed. As a Product Owner, you’ll work closely with development, UX, and QA teams, with full access to the people and resources you need to make smart decisions and turn ideas into real impact.

Responsibilities:

- - creating and managing the roadmap for the WORKAI® platform (intranet, learning, community, workplace),
  - analyzing the market, competition, and user needs to guide product development,
  - defining user stories and managing the product backlog,
  - participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives,
  - collaborating closely with development, UX/UI, QA, customers, and stakeholder teams,
  - coordinating product releases and communicating updates,
  - preparing documentation, concepts, and tasks for implementation,
  - using user feedback and data to improve product functionality and experience.

Apply if you have:

- - at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a SaaS company,
  - solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence),
  - experience with digital workplace products (e.g., intranet, LMS, community, workplace apps),
  - good understanding of UX/UI and SaaS product development lifecycle,
  - the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements,
  - fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish.

Nice to have:

- - experience working with B2B enterprise clients,
  - CSPO or PSPO certification.
