Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for a range of critical tasks aimed at promoting our product and ensuring its success in the market.

Key responsibilities:

      • Developing and executing product marketing strategies: Create and implement strategic marketing campaigns tailored to different stages of the product’s lifecycle to drive business growth and market penetration.
      • Crafting compelling marketing materials: Prepare and publish marketing materials that effectively communicate the product’s value proposition. This includes industry reports, articles, blog posts, promotional materials, and more, to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences.
      • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals, providing the sales team with the necessary tools and messaging to drive product adoption.
      • Market analysis and creative thinking: Utilize market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, enabling creative thinking to devise and execute effective marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Required skills:

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

      • Product marketing experience: At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS technology companies, demonstrating a deep understanding of product positioning and promotion.
      • Exceptional communication skills: Possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills, along with expertise in using digital communication tools to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
      • Content creation: Proven experience in creating high-quality marketing content, such as articles, blogs, promotional materials, and more, that engage and convert target audiences.
      • Strategic thinking: The ability for creative thinking and the capacity to conduct effective marketing campaigns based on thorough market analysis and understanding of customer needs.
      • Fluent in English: Proficiency in English, at least at a C1 level, to effectively communicate with international audiences.

Nice to have:

While not required, the following skills and knowledge would be a plus:

      • HubSpot familiarity: Familiarity with the HubSpot platform for marketing automation and customer relationship management.
      • Google Analytics: Practical knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing marketing performance.
      • Internal Communication: Awareness of internal communication-related topics, which can enhance collaboration within the organization.

SALARY:

B2B: 8 000 – 12 000 PLN net
