Our products are being used by hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide and sometimes they need a hand – to help them with workai tools and features. You will always have direct contact with a Team Leader, QA team, and Product Owner, and access to all the resources you need to make your work efficient and fun.
Responsibilities:
Continuously expanding knowledge about the product.
Acting as the first line of support, maintaining direct contact with customers.
Collecting information, registering, and classifying customer inquiries and issues.
Coordinating the resolution process and handling of customer requests.
Documenting and reporting on tasks performed.
Clarifying doubts and questions with analysts, developers, and clients.
Preparing reports.
Creating functional documentation.
Testing implemented solutions.
Apply if you:
Have at least basic knowledge in the IT field.
Are detail-oriented and have a knack for creatively finding potential solutions.
Are proficient in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
Communicate effectively and easily build relationships.
Enjoy working in a team environment, collaborating with testers, developers, and analysts.
Are independent, resourceful, and committed.
