Junior Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Junior BDR responsible for actively acquiring new clients in the Polish and international markets.

You will have the opportunity to become an expert in Modern Workplace solutions and solve complex customer problems with Workai. We are seeking a Junior BDR to actively grow our client base in both Polish and international markets.

Key responsibilities:

      • Assisting the sales team in acquiring new clients in both the Polish and international markets.
      • Verifying leads and identifying prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, social media) in order to pass the fitting ones to the Sales Team.
      • Participating in presentations and live demos alongside senior team members.
      • Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects.
      • Supporting the preparation of sales offers for SMB and Enterprise customers.
      • Helping to build and maintain relationships with existing clients under the guidance of senior staff.
      • Reporting activities and results in HubSpot CRM.
      • Collaborating with the team to refine and improve the sales process.
      • Working closely with the Marketing department to align sales and marketing efforts.

We are looking for someone who:

      • Is eager to develop their natural sales talent and enjoys acquiring new contacts to build business relationships.
      • Is open to learning and improving negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
      • Is fluent in Polish and English.
      • Has a strong goal-oriented mindset and is motivated by results.
      • Is able to organize their work with guidance and manage time effectively.

It would be fantastic if you:

      • Are familiar with Modern Workplace solutions and understand how they work (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Workplace from Meta, or similar).
      • Have experience in IT sales.
      • Are eager to become an expert in internal communication and knowledge management solutions.
      • Communicate in German, Spanish, or French.
      • Are proactive and find creative ways to boost sales.

SALARY:

Contract: 4 500 – 5 500 PLN gross
