Junior Business Development Representative

Key responsibilities:

• • • Assisting the sales team in acquiring new clients in both the Polish and international markets.
    • Verifying leads and identifying prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, social media) in order to pass the fitting ones to the Sales Team.
    • Participating in presentations and live demos alongside senior team members.
    • Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects.
    • Supporting the preparation of sales offers for SMB and Enterprise customers.
    • Helping to build and maintain relationships with existing clients under the guidance of senior staff.
    • Reporting activities and results in HubSpot CRM.
    • Collaborating with the team to refine and improve the sales process.
    • Working closely with the Marketing department to align sales and marketing efforts.

• • • Is eager to develop their natural sales talent and enjoys acquiring new contacts to build business relationships.
    • Is open to learning and improving negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Is fluent in Polish and English.
    • Has a strong goal-oriented mindset and is motivated by results.
    • Is able to organize their work with guidance and manage time effectively.

It would be fantastic if you:

• • • Are familiar with Modern Workplace solutions and understand how they work (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Workplace from Meta, or similar).
    • Have experience in IT sales.
    • Are eager to become an expert in internal communication and knowledge management solutions.
    • Communicate in German, Spanish, or French.
    • Are proactive and find creative ways to boost sales.
