Head of Sales – Recruitment Closed

Responsibilities:

• 50% of your time is working with the sales team and partners (goal setting and accountability),
• 50% of your time is independent selling to key accounts,
• supporting the team in their daily duties,
• managing existing sales channels (direct & partners),
• creating and implementing strategies to enter foreign markets (Europe),
• participating in conferences and trade shows,
• recruiting and onboarding new sales professionals,
• training partners and supporting them in their sales activities,
• cooperation with the management and marketing teams

Must have:

• min. 3 years of experience managing a B2B sales team,
• experience in selling IT services or SaaS,
• experience in leading medium to long sales cycles (4 months+),
• experience in selling to enterprise and international customers (1000+ employees),
• very good command of spoken and written English,
• proactive and growth-focused mindset
