Key responsibilities:
Customer support consisting of handling platform maintenance requests (i.e. bug fixes, technical support) from end users,
Performing analyses, maintaining communication with clients, identifying issues, implementing solutions, and delivering changes,
Developing and maintaining Workai platform applications using .NET and .NET Core frameworks,
Participating in the preparation and release process of application versions, as well as deploying them to client environments (afternoon and evening hours as needed),
Designing scalable applications using cloud-based solutions,
Collaborating internally with other departments (First Line Support, Product, QA) to ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned implementation tasks and client requests,
Performing basic tests and verification of delivered solutions and implemented changes.
Apply if you have:
Minimum 4+ years of commercial experience in building scalable web applications,
Proficiency in .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API 2, Transact-SQL, Entity Framework, REST, and OData,
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure Search, Azure Service Bus, and Azure SQL,
Familiarity and experience in developing SaaS applications,
Understanding and ability to apply best design patterns and practices,
Strong analytical thinking skills, including the ability to assess facts and draw conclusions to propose optimal solutions,
Willingness to perform duties in the afternoon and evening hours, depending on current needs,
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at B2 level,
Excellent communication skills,
Ability to work effectively as part of a team,
Fluent communication skills in Polish (in the case of foreign candidates).
Nice to have:
Openness to client interaction, with a strong focus on understanding their needs and problems,
Experience in a similar role such as Developer or Service/Support Engineer,
Experience in building portals on CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco, SharePoint, Sitecore, AEM, Orchard Core,
Ability to design and implement scalable APIs,
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and JIRA,
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React.
