Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for an engaged Customer Success Specialist to strengthen our Customer Success team.

We build innovative digital products for the modern workplace in the Cloud, and we need your help.

Our products are being used by hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide and sometimes they need a hand – to help them with workai tools and features. You will always have direct contact with a Team Leader, QA team, and Product Owner, and access to all the resources you need to make your work efficient and fun.

Responsibilities:

      • to know the product and its functionalities,
      • direct contact with Workai customers,
      • gather information regarding the customer request/issue,
      • coordinate the process of processing and handling requests,
      • prepare documentation and reports of performed tasks,
      • clarify any possible concerns with analysts, developers and clients,
      • prepare reports and documentation,
      • test implemented solutions

Apply if you:

      • have at least 1 year of experience in the field of customer service,
      • have basic knowledge in the field of IT,
      • have proficiency in spoken and written English,
      • have a good command of written and spoken Polish,
      • are meticulous and able to creatively find solutions for any possible problems,
      • have strong communication skills,
      • are able to work in a team (everyday communication with testers, programmers, analysts),
      • are willing to expand knowledge in the business field,
      • are self-motivated, resourceful and committed to daily work responsibilities,
      • are focused on long-term cooperation, development and expanding responsibilities (promotion to higher positions)

Nice to have:

      • knowledge of ticket support systems (JIRA, DevOps, SQL),
      • telecommunications knowledge (both, business and technical – about network elements, their role, how they work, etc.),
      • an eye for detail,
      • analytical skills

SALARY:

B2B: 4 000 – 9 000 PLN net
